Welcome to INOCULENS Tunnel. These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern your use of our website and services. By using our service, you agree to these terms in full. 1. Description of Service

INOCULENS Tunnel provides URL shortening, "Tunnel" deep-linking technology (opening apps directly), and custom domain management services. Our service is designed to enhance digital communication and tracking efficiency.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You are solely responsible for the content you link to using our service. You agree not to use INOCULENS Tunnel for:

• Spamming or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• Phishing, identity theft, or fraudulent activities.
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Linking to content that is illegal in the European Union or the jurisdiction of the origin/destination.
• Content involving the exploitation of minors or non-consensual sexual material.

We reserve the right to disable any link or terminate any custom domain integration that violates this policy without prior notice.

3. Custom Domains & Payments

3.1 Managed SSL & Routing

For a fee of $10 USD per year (payable in Bitcoin), we provide managed SSL certificates and DNS routing for your custom domain. This fee covers the technical overhead of certificate provisioning and maintenance.

3.2 Bitcoin Payments

Payments are processed via the Bitcoin blockchain. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions and the immediate provisioning of digital services, all payments are non-refundable. Users are responsible for ensuring the correct amount is sent to the generated address.

3.3 Renewal

It is the user's responsibility to renew the custom domain service before expiration to avoid service interruption or SSL certificate expiry.

4. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

INOCULENS Tunnel is committed to the privacy of both our users and those who click on the links generated through our platform.

4.1 Data Collection

We collect the minimum amount of data necessary to provide and secure our service:

• For Link Creators: We use Session IDs stored in your browser's local storage to associate links with your browser session. No personal account registration is required.
• For Link Clickers: We may collect non-identifying technical data such as IP address (truncated where possible), device type, and referrer for analytics purposes.
• Website Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand site usage. It loads only after you accept the consent banner; declining disables it entirely. You can change your choice anytime by clearing this site's local storage ("tunnel_consent").

4.2 Data Retention & Erasure

Links remain active as long as our platform is operational, unless deleted by the creator. You have the "Right to be Forgotten"—you can use the "Delete All Links" feature in your dashboard to immediately erase your link history and associated data from our servers.

5. Limitation of Liability

INOCULENS Tunnel is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not monitor the content of every shortened link and are not liable for the content found at the destination of any link. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or the loss of link functionality.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the EU territory designated by the service provider.
